Check-In Time
You can check-in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Upon arrival, please call the following number: +43 664 750 69 860.
Check-Out Time
We kindly ask our guests to check-out by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Cleaning
Mid-week cleaning is not included in the final cleaning. You can borrow a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies on-site. Dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, and toilet paper are not included in the price.
Child Equipment
We are happy to provide a crib with accessories and, upon request, a high chair free of charge. Please inform us in advance if a baby will be accompanying you, so we can prepare everything in a timely manner.
Bed Linen and Towels
The accommodation is equipped with bed linen and towels, which are included in the price. Towels are changed once per week free of charge.
Ski Rental
We have an on-site ski rental service where you can enjoy a 10% discount. You can already reserve skis and obtain initial information on the website www.sportimort.at.
Pets
Dogs are allowed upon request (Euro 25 per day). There is a house policy for dogs that must be followed. If you are interested, we will be happy to provide you with a copy of the policy. We also require a deposit of Euro 100.
Ski Buses
Apartment Bliem is located right next to the “Space Jet 1” ski lift in Flachau.
Cross-Country Skiing
The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is located right next to the house. From there, you can ski to Altenmarkt/Radstadt, Flachau/Flachauwinkl, Schloss Höch, and Wagrain. The trail is also great for leisurely walks.
Payment Conditions
A deposit is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The amount of the deposit is 20%. The remaining payment can be made either by bank transfer before the start of the trip or in cash during your vacation.
When making a payment via bank transfer, please use the IBAN number and SWIFT code.
Late arrivals or early departures will not be considered.
